Delete Your Account — Chat for Kids

You can delete your Chat for Kids account — including every child profile you created and all associated data — at any time.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Sign in as the parent.
  2. Open the Dashboard tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type the confirmation word and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your parent account, all child profiles you created, all messages, photos, voice clips, memories, friendships, and location history are removed. End-to-end-encrypted media is crypto-shredded (the encryption keys are destroyed with the account).

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What is deleted: parent account, child profiles, messages, media, memories, friendships, parental-control settings, push tokens, and location history.
What may be retained: nothing tied to your identity. Server logs (IP-level, no message content) rotate out automatically within 30 days.
